Hope you had a peaceful and loving time.
The New Year is quickly approaching…
Are you ready?
Are you able to look back at 2023 with reverence and non—judgement?
Are you able to look back at your accomplishments and celebrate them?
Are you able to review the past year with compassion for all the mistakes, mishaps, and lessons learned?
Are you able to forgive yourself and others for those mistakes?
Are you upset and confused at all the injustices occurring in your environment and all across the globe? And wish to do something to make a difference?
Are you able to be grateful for all that you have been blessed
with?
… Gratitude for life?
… To be alive on this present day?
These are the questions that I have been reflecting on as this year (cycle) comes to a close.
My year has been a rollercoaster, there have been tremendous highs and devastating lows, however I can say the same about the year before, and the year before that, and the year before that, and so on.
I won’t be surprised if 2024 is another rollercoaster, and that is, my loves, the circle of life.
However, I do plan to be in harmony and in alignment with the decisions I make in 2024.

Remember, there is a time for everything. There is a cycle; a season for everything, just like the lyrics of The Byrds’ song, “Turn! Turn! Turn!” (Listen here and see lyrics below).

Once you are aware and can accept how the cycle of life flows, you can choose how you want to be and show up for yourself, your loved ones, your community, and the world. You get to decide. You have free will and that is your power.
Soul Manifestation Ritual
Here’s a ritual you can do before or after a meditation and right before the New Year.
Find a quiet place and sit comfortably.
Begin by checking in with yourself (from head to toes).
Notices if there are any aches or pains and simply acknowledge it.
Take a big deep breath in and breathe out slowly.
Do this a few times until you are feeling relaxed.
Once you are relaxed, take inventory of your body and reflect on the following questions:
Where are you at this moment? What are you feeling?
Are you hopeful for the future, or are you feeling afraid and/or anxious?
Where are these feelings coming from?
Locate them and breathe into them (your breath is powerful).
Can you focus on just being in the present moment?
Now place a hand on your heart.
Allow yourself to be still just for a few moments.
If your mind starts to wander off, focus on your breath again until you find yourself fully present.
Feel into your heart
Just BE with yourself.
Breathe in love and as you breathe out, imagine your heart is telling you how supported and loved you are.
Keep breathing until you feel calm and at peace.
If you don’t feel at ease, you may want to wiggle your body and shake a little, then place your hand at your heart and try again.
Once you are feeling calm, get a pen and paper or anything to write with and create a “Manifestation list for 2024”.
Write down all the changes you wish to see within yourself, your community and the world.
Write down anything you wish to manifest and here’s the important part: only do this after doing the heart exercise above because you will be in the vibration of LOVE, and it’s potent and effective to manifest from this state.
